Dream Websites – Dream Websites Digital Services
Dream Websites provides digital services including, but not limited to, website design, website development, branding assets, and related creative services (“Services”).
The exact scope of work is defined by the selected package and any written specifications agreed upon after purchase.
All Services must be paid in full in advance via the online checkout.
A project officially starts once:
Delays in providing required materials may result in delayed delivery.
A reasonable number of revisions within the originally agreed scope of work is included.
Any changes, additions, or requests that go beyond the original project scope are considered additional services and will be billed separately.
There is no entitlement to unlimited revisions or complete conceptual redesigns.
The client is responsible for:
Dream Websites is not liable for any legal or copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.
Final deliverables or website access will be provided digitally upon completion of the agreed scope.
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be closed or paused without any refund entitlement.
As all Services are custom digital work:
No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed custom work.
Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final delivered work for their own business purposes.
Dream Websites reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, reference, and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Dream Websites shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific Service.
If third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, or platforms are used, their own terms and fees may apply.
Dream Websites is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or policy updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating company’s jurisdiction.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the client’s country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
